Glad you asked! You can request anything involving visual design from social media graphics, to photo and video application and design layouts for web pages, and more. Along with design requests, you can now request functional updates such as on-site SEO to web pages and other useful site configurations. Please inquire scope of services if this is something you’re interested in.

Need more time? You got it!

At the studio, we like to use our time purposefully, and meetings can slow down the process. So, we’ll meet briefly over a virtual coffee to get to know each other, and after that, all follow-up communications will be via Trello or email. Saving oodles of time for creating.

    • Along with visual design requests, you can request functional updates, such as on-site SEO to web pages and other useful site configurations. Please inquire about the scope of services before purchasing M.O.D. if this is something you’re interested in.

    Build a lasting relationship with ndny studio who knows what you need it and when you need it. While also saving bucketloads of time and money.

  • You’ll be happy to know you’ll work directly with the founder and team on your design projects. Giving you that boutique vibe and quality care you're looking for.

  • Using your Trello dashboard, you can submit a design request and share your files and notes through Google Docs or Sheets, Dropbox (Wetransfer for larger files), or Loom to share quick audio-visual messages. You’ll find many ways to share your ideas easily.

    Design requests are processed Monday - Friday, with a turnaround time of 1-2 days for general design requests.

    Larger projects can have longer lead times and are processed in phases. Upon completion, a new task can be added to the queue.

  • Once you’ve subscribed to a M.O.D. subscription plan, you can add as many design requests as you want to the Request Queue. You can move ONE DESIGN REQUEST AT A TIME TO THE “IN PROGRESS” TAB. Your request will be processed and moved to the Review Tab for approval.

    Once your design is approved and complete, you can drag another request into the Progress Tab.

  • The studio works with various design programs to bring that tailored flair to any project.

    Some of our favorite tools are Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Procreate, Canva, Figma, Midjourney, and Leonardo AI.

    A few social media tools we love: Metricool, Instagram Edit app, CapCut, Preview, and more.

  • We’ll keep working on your design till it’s just right. Because we love big beautiful smiles (and testimonials) from our clients, we don’t stop until your smile is so wide it hurts.

  • The M.O.D. design subscription operates on a first-come, first-served service with limited seats available. We use a queue to make sure current subscribers have ample service fulfillment and that incomers have a spot with the same quality service as existing members.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@ndny.studio

    Subscriptions are 30-day cycles; you can continue your requests through the remainder of the payment period.

    Once the 30-day cycle is complete, all requests will be paused, your Trello board will be available for you to review at any time, and should you want to resubscribe, it will be ready for your return to pick up where you left off or start fresh with new tasks.

    Should you want to re-subscribe:

    Pick up where you left off, resubmit your subscription request via the website forms or by email: info@ndny.studio. You will receive the next steps to repurchase your preferred subscription plan. Your Trello dashboard will be ready to pick up where you left off.

    Are refunds available?

    Due to the personalized, tailored system of M.O.D. Design Service Plans: No refunds are available. However, your monthly subscription is good through the end of your pay cycle.
