Brand-On

1-to-1 Brand Coaching Subscription

  • Brand-ON is a monthly subscription brand strategy coaching service. This is a one-on-one collaborative experience where you and Nia work together to accomplish your brand strategy goals for a flat monthly fee of $597.00

    To sign up for the Brand-ON subscription, join the queue; you will then be invited (via email) to purchase the Brand-ON Subscription.

    Once your purchase is complete, you will receive your welcome package with the next steps.

  • We meet virtually twice monthly. During our 75-minute virtual sessions, we will target your brand strategy goals. At the start, we will identify the brand strategy areas that need support and clarity—creating a critical path to identifying and accomplishing a brand strategy plan.

    Subsequent virtual sessions will build on the previous sessions until goals are achieved.

    After a session, depending on the nature of the session, a task list will be suggested to keep accountable and work towards goals.

    A few examples of tasks: these can be any of the following and are not limited to:

    • Writing a mission statement

    • Building a market research plan

    • Reading materials

    • Updating copy on a website or marketing materials

    In addition, we communicate between coaching calls via email, within your personalized Google Docs, and on your Trello dashboard. These communications are unlimited.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@ndny.studio

    Subscriptions are 30-day cycles; you can continue communications and tasks through the remainder of the payment period.

    Once the 30-day cycle is complete, all communications and tasks will be paused, your Trello board will be available for you to review at any time, and should you want to resubscribe, it will be ready for your return to pick up where you left off or start fresh with new goals.

    Should you want to re-subscribe:

    Pick up where you left off, resubmit your subscription request to info@ndny.studio You will then receive next steps to repurchase a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription plan. Your Trello dashboard will be ready to pick up where you left off.

    Are refunds available?

    Due to the personalized, tailored system of the Brand-ON Service, refunds are not available. However, your monthly subscription is good through the end of your pay cycle.

  • Brand-On operates on a first-come, first-served basis with limited seats available. The queue ensures current subscribers have ample service fulfillment and incomers have a spot available to them with the same quality service as existing members.

    Signing up for the queue today reserves your spot in the Brand-On queue. ndny studio will send you an email notification when it's your turn. Signing up for the subscription queue doesn't mean you have to subscribe to the Brand-On service. You can choose to subscribe or decline when you receive the notification. If you choose to subscribe, click the link in the email received and proceed to the purchase page. To decline, reply to the email invitation.

    For returning subscribers, simply email info@ndny.studio with your request, and the next steps will be provided. Your Trello board will be ready for your return.

  • Each business owner and their business are unique, and each will proceed at their own pace and with their own goals. Some business owners prefer to address specific goals in a shorter time, while others want ongoing accountability. Brand-On is available in three, six, or twelve-month subscriptions.
