  • You can achieve multiple goals at once by choosing the M.O.D. subscription plan. You get quality support and designs at a great flat monthly rate of $597.00.

    • No more inconsistent designs with out-of-team freelancers and contractors.

    • Your time is valuable. Let the studio handle the design work so you can focus on the business.

    • The M.O.D. is cost effective to hiring a full-time in-house designer.

    Build a lasting relationship with ndny studio who knows what you need it and when you need it. While also saving bucketloads of time and money.

  • You’ll be happy to know you’ll work with Nia directly on your design projects. The ndny studio team helps with studio maintenance and the occasional video media or animation edits.

  • Using your Trello dashboard, you can submit a design request and share your files and notes through Google Docs or Sheets, Dropbox (Wetransfer for larger files), or Loom to share quick audio-visual messages. You’ll find many ways to share your ideas easily.

    Design requests are processed Monday - Friday, with a turnaround time of 1-2 days for general design requests.

    Larger projects can take longer, are processed upon competition, and generally have a quick turnaround.

  • Once you’ve subscribed to The M.O.D. subscription plan, you can add as many design requests as you want to the Request Queue. You can move ONE DESIGN REQUEST AT A TIME TO THE “IN PROGRESS” TAB. Your request will be processed and moved to the Review Tab for approval.

    Once your design is approved and complete, you can drag another request into the Progress Tab.

  • The studio works with various design programs to bring that tailored flair to any project.

    Some of our fave tools to use are Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Procreate, Canva, Figma and Midjourney.

  • We’ll keep working on your design till it’s just right. Because we love big beautiful smiles (and testimonials) from our clients, we don’t stop until your smile is so wide it hurts.

  • The M.O.D. design subscription operates on a first-come, first-served service with limited seats available. We use a queue to make sure current subscribers have ample service fulfillment and that incomers have a spot with the same quality service as existing members.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by using the subscription management link located in your Personalized Trello dashboard.

    You can continue your requests through the remainder of the payment period. When you’re ready to pick up where you left off, resubmit through the subscription queue on this page. You will then receive the service link to repurchase the plan. Your Trello dashboard will be ready to pick up where you left off.

    For returning subscribers, complete the subscriber queue process, on the form, check the “returning subscriber” box, and submit. The purchase page link will be made available to you. Your Trello board will be ready for your return.

    Are refunds available?

    Due to the personalized, tailored, and high-quality nature of the M.O.D. Design Subscription service, refunds are not available. However, your monthly subscription is good through the end of your pay cycle.
